Print envelopes no dialog box

I am using Word 2013 on a windows 7 computer.

When I try to print an envelope and click on Mailings - Envelopes the only thing I get is a Envelope Options window with Envelope Options and Printing Options tabs. No place to type in the address I want to print. From looking at the web it looks like I should get a Mailing and Labels dialog box or window. How do I get that?

Clicking on Mailings - Labels  gives the same thing. Just Envelope Options window.

Thanks Doug.

I tried it with a new blank page and it works fine. It still will not give me the envelopes and Labels window on the document that I was working in. Strange. Even after I saved, closed and reopened the document, got the same options window. Started a new document and everything works fine. That was my first time to print an envelope since using 2003 so it was frustrating!
