To help you better, we need few details about the issue.
1. Do you have the formatting issue in Word 2013 with the document created in older version of Word?
2. Are you trying to open the document in the different computer or in the same computer where the original document was created?
3. If you’re opening in the different computer then check if this computer has the same font used in the document.
You may try to change the default printer the try to open the document and check is the same issue occurs.

If the issue occurs only with ‘Arabic Fonts’ then you may also post the query in the ‘Arabic Forum’ for better assistance.
