Are you going to OneDrive and trying to open it in Word OnLine or in Word?
Do you have Office installed on your computer? If so, are you able to start Word?
Are you using File>Open in Word and then accessing the OneDrive Folder and selecting the document that you want to open?

Hello Bobbie,
Are you unable to sign-into Office applications?
Provide the complete error message you receive when trying to sign-in?
You may repair Office 2013 installation then check if that resolves the issue.
Refer to the article mentioned below on how to repair Office 2013:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/project-help/repair-or-remove-office-2010-HA010357402.aspx
For further queries, reply and we would be happy to assist.
Thank you.

This is happening to me also.
I am in outlook.com, I click at the top left in the tiles and choose OneDrive.
OneDrive starts to open but then says 'oops, something went wrong'
I am unable to access any files in OneDrive. This has been happening since outlook.com updated to a new format a few days ago.
Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing:
https://gyazo.com/8974efcc2dc20b032ce41f3a2f26c328
If I go to Office.com it shows me my most recent documents but when I click on them it says:
"This item might not exist or is no longer available"Report abuse

It's October 27th, 2016 and I have only learned from this string that it's been an ongoing thing happening in different ways to different people.
If you've learned how to rectify....please post.
My collegues sharing the same Outlook account in a different state are not have the problem...so it must be something in my system or setup.....
thanks,
Pat
