Office 2013 crashing

I installed Office 2013 Home and Business 2013 on four new HP I5 workstations running Win 7 pro. Everything was running well for about two months and at approx. the same time three of the four started crashing Word, Excel, Outlook etc. I got the following: ( have not checked to see if all three are the same problem but I assume they are. For security reasons I have removed the computer name and all reference to the owner.

Thank you for your assistance. I tried the suggestions and was unable to fix the problem. I used the link you provided to completely remove MS Office 2013 then reloaded. This worked and the systems are back up.

Let me assist you with the issue.

 

This issue may occur if the Office installation is corrupt.

 

Let us repair the Office Home and Business 2013 suite by running the Online Repair mentioned in the article below:

Note: In order to perform Online Repair, ensure the computer is connected to internet.

 

Also follow the steps mentioned in the following link and check if you can launch the Word application:

If the issue persists, then remove all traces of Office Home and Business 2013 installation files by running the troubleshooter from the link below:

If the fixit does not help, then follow the manual steps mentioned in the article to completely remove all traces. (Note: Some of the files mentioned in the article will not be available, proceed to the next step)
