My Japanese Fonts doesn't work with office 2013

Hello.

My name is Say.
I have purchased Home & Student  Office 2013 last week by download. I have Japanese font pack downloaded for keyboard and I type Japanese daily basis. I also did download free Microsoft Japanese fonts for Office. I can type English without a problem, but when I type Japanese, a box open up at the top left side and Japanese fonts appears there. Also often fonts freeze so I can not continue. It is not working at all. I have to use my email account to write something and cut / past to a page. This should not works like this. I used have office 2007 with different PC, but I never had this kind of problem.

I called Microsoft 3 times and at the third time, a  technician helped me with downloading ( re-install)again. But It is the same situation.

Seems like PowerPoint is working with Japanese fonts normally, but  Word and Excel.

Please help me with this matter. I have Japanese blog and website. I really need to solve this problem.

Thank you for your replay.

I already spoken with 3 technicians. The last technician told me that my Word works that way.
It is wrong, but I understand her situation. She spent time with me more than 1 hour and half with 2 sessions - before and after the reinstatement of Microsoft Office Home and Student.

Please take a look at the image above.
1. When I type Japanese, left top side box opens, and typing shows in the box ( Japanese fonts). 

2. They are not working well-  they are stack many times while I type a sentence, so I never finished typing one whole sentence with Japanese.

3. The fonts bar on the right bottom is fading. ??

4. I had Microsoft Office 2007 with different PC, and I had no problem typing Japanese. 

5. I had no problem with typing Japanese on E-mails.

5. I can type Japanese on PowerPoint, but not Word and Excel.


**I haven't bought a payed fonts pack ($25) because, I have a feeling that it may still not work.

Do you know if Microsoft has a Font specialist?
If you know any information, please let me know.
Please help anyone!
