MS Word -- adding collapsible sections

I want to creat collabsible sections in MS Word 2013 and the help says the optioin is in the paragraph dialog box.   It is not.   Can anyone tell me how to find this option?

In Word 2013, assuming that you have saved your file in Word 2013 format, you can collapse/expand the content below any paragraph whose "Outline level" (Paragraph dialog box) is set to something other than "Body Text." If you make use of the built-in heading styles you can use this function directly. Just rest the mouse pointer on a heading and you'll see a little triangle on the left; click it to expand/collapse content. The functionality is very similar to using Outline view, with the difference that it applies to Print Layout view.
