Loosing author identity in track changes

I have set up my track changes to show me which changes are made by which author. However, the document formats all changes to "Author" when saved, and I'm loosing the information of who made which comment. This only happens in one of my documents, and I think one of the authors uses a Mac. Is the document corrupt, or I have not found the right place to configure the settings?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Answer
Answer
Make sure the affected document is the active document in Word. Click File tab | Options | Trust Center | Trust Center Settings | Privacy Options. Clear the check mark next to "Remove personal information from file properties on save" and click OK twice. Word automatically selects the option after someone has run the Document Inspector for the document.
