I would agree with Suzanne, that you may of just deleted a shortcut. I am a Windows 8 user, so what you may of done is unpinned Word from your taskbar or Start Screen, or even the desktop. On the Start Screen, don't click anything, just start typing in
"Word" and a program should show up named "Word 2013" and that should be it. Also, Did you uninstall anything from the Control Panel?
