I am not able to redeem Office using the promo code. Microsoft website prompts me to buy Office again!!

Original Title: I have a big problem

 

When i put my promo code in it takes me to a page where it says: It looks like you don’t have Office yet. Do you want to visit the Store to get a copy? and then when i press visit store they ask me to buy microsoft office but i already bough it.

What promo code? (do not type in the code, tell me about it, where you got it, what it is supposed to do).

Where did you buy Office?

Have you downloaded it to your computer?

Are you trying to install it?

Office does not take a "promo code" but does require an installation key.
