Hide/Unhide Header/Footer

Hello,

In our agency, we have created templates that contain the different letterheads that we use. On a couple of our PCs, when those templates are opened, the header/footer section is hidden.  How do you show/hide Headers and Footers?

I haven't found an option to do that.

Make sure that you're in Print Layout view when you save the templates.

If you don't see the header/footer in Print Layout view:

Move the mouse pointer to the top of a page until it changes as shown under 1. in the picture below.

Then double-click.

(You can hide the header and footer the same way - see 2.)

After that, change something in the template, e.g. type a space and delete it again, then save it.
