Hi (again), Does anyone know how to change text selection color in Word 2013?

In Word 2013 it is gray. I need it to stand out when doing search and replace.

The text selection shading (as in dragging the cursor across text) can't be changed. When you use the Advanced Find dialog, though, you can click the Reading Highlight button instead of the Find Next button, and all occurrences will be shaded with the most recently used highlight color.
