Embedded video feature not working in Microsoft Word 2013 (Windows 7)

Hey  guys,

So today I just installed my Microsoft Office 365 that I got from being a college student and I'm currently doing a project for my class.  Everything was until I had to import a online video into Microsoft Word 2013, but then I notice that the "Online Video" (under the insert tab in the Media group section) was dim and not clickable for some reason.

Can someone please tell me why?

I running windows 7 64-bit and I'm running 32 bit Office (including word 2013)

Edit: PLEASE HELP, I HAVE TO TURN THIS ASSIGNMENT IN BY LESS THAN 24 HOURS!!!!!

Answer

For the document that you have open, do you see [Compatibility Mode] after the document name at the top of the Word window?

If so, go to File>Info and then click on Convert to convert the document to Word 2013 format.

Hope this helps,
