When I set a table cell to Around, and position it at Bottom >Page, the doc then opens to the bottom of the page instead of the top as all other docs do. In trying to troubleshoot this problem, it seems to happen when I position the table 2/3 or more of
the way down the page. I am using a single table cell that's the width of the page. I have content controls and a graphic in the table cell, but the problem has occurred with an empty cell as well.
