Custom Table of Contents in Office 2013

I am trying t generate a TOC in the format below, but can't get the tab stops etc. quite right.

I have 4 heading styles and the first seven entries are formatted as TOC Level 2. I would be so grateful for any help, as I haven't much time left and am wasting valuable time trying to get it right!

Thank you

Answer

You will need to modify the locations of the tab stops in the TOC styles that are used for the Chapter # entries and for the #.# headings, both of which should be able to use the same TOC style.  You will need a separate TOC style for the #.#.# headings and for that style, you will need to set up both the Left Indent, and the first tab stop.  Likewise for the #.#.#.# entries, you will need a separate TOC style with the appropriate left indent and first tab stop.
