Citations & Bibliography greyed out

Hi, I'm using Office 2013 Pro Plus on Win 7 Pro (32 bit)

My problem is that I cannot access the Citations & Bibliography group under the REFERENCES ribbon. Its greyed out. All other features are active and working fine. Other applications are also working fine such as Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.

Note: I have already tried the repair option.

Hi,

 

As I understand you are not able work with Citations & Bibliography feature in Word.

 

Does it happen with all the files or with specific files?

 

Since you have already tried repairing the Office, try removing and re-installing the Office and check if it helps.

 

Refer this article to remove the Office suite:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

Once Office is removed, go this link http://www.office.com/myaccount   to reinstall Office on the same PC.
