Cant use MS office unless on wifi! - Cannot connect to account MS Office

Hello, 

I successfully installed and have been using MS Office for some time until it suddenly refused to work unless on wifi. (current WORD version 15.0.4605.1003)

I get the message ....trying to reconnect to your account, sometimes have to reenter my MS account details.  Unless I am on wifi, it will not connect and I can no longer work with any documents offline!  This is absolutely impossible to work with as I am often out and about.

I tried turning automatic updates off, but that makes no difference.

Are you trying to open any document which is saved online?

Check the default file location set in Word program to save the documents.

Also check if the option ‘Save to Computer by default’ is checked or not.

In order to check open Word > click on File > Options > Save > Save Documents.

If you have set the save location to OneDrive then change it to save documents locally.

If the same issue persist, then perform an ‘Online’ repair of Office 2013 installation and verify the status.
