Can anyone tell me the color set for Technic theme so I can add it to Word 2013

Locate the folder that contains Facet.thmx (probably C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Document Themes 15, but it depends on exactly what edition of Office you have and whether Windows is 32-bit or 64-bit).

Paste the following XML text into Notepad and save it as Technic.xml in that folder. Restart Word, and you'll find the Technic color set at the bottom of the dropdown from the Design > Colors button.
