Hi Aslam,
Do you face the same issue if you log on to webmail?
If no, you may remove and re-add the email account in Outlook and check if it works fine.
If the above the steps fail create a new Outlook profile using the article below and check if it resolves.

Thank your for your response. My reply is below:
- Sent items are showing at webmail too.... but in draft form as in Outlook.
- I have already removed and recreated my email account but no improvement.

Same problem with Win 7 and Office 32 bit.
To be more precise, the emails appear in the Sent folder but they are not removed form the Drafts.

Has anyone found a fix for this issue?
I'm running Outlook 13 x64 with one account set up as IMAP on four different devices (desktop, laptop, tablet and phone). I am on the laptop right now, and there are quite a few messages that I sent from the desktop that are showing as drafts in the Inbox of the laptop. The curious thing is that not all sent messages from the desktop are showing, just some. I have not been able to determine if there is any commonality between the messages that are showing in the drafts folder.
Any help would be appreciated!

I've created a Support ticket for this issue. MS TSE is investigating this issue. I've provided logs number of times but root cause is not yet found. I am asked to provide troubleshoot logs again.
