Office Professional Plus 2013 Activation and Purchase

I downloaded and installed Office Professional Plus 2013 Preview (release-to-manufacturing) and have tried to activate it several times ( I have a valid key) but without success.  I get error code 0xC004C032.  A call to Microsoft resulted in reloading the software but that did not help.  Any suggestions?  Also, this is identified as a trial version, but when I click "buy" I get directed to a non-helpful site where there is no icon to click on to buy the software.  Can anybody help with this?  Thanks.

Ensure the date and time on the system in set correctly. If it’s set correctly then refer the link mentioned below and check if it helps:

If the issue persists then follow the steps mentioned below and check:

 

Click Start, type cmd in search box, right click on the command prompt window and select ‘Run as administrator
In the command box type the following:
Cscript "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office15\ospp.vbs" /inpkey:<enter your product key>
Note: Include the dashes in the product key
Open any Office 2013 application and try activating.

 

 

If the above steps do not fix the issue then uninstall Office 2013 preview completely from the system and re-install it and check. Refer the link mentioned below and check the section Remove Office 2013 or Office 365 Click-To-Run editions automatically from your PC. If the above steps do not fix the issue then check the section Manual steps to remove Microsoft Office 2013 MSI installations:

Note: If Windows 7 is a 64 bit operating system then download and save the fixit tool on the system and then try to run the file from the system.

Once the uninstallation is complete, reboot the system and then try to install Office 2013 preview.

I read your post of Nov 16 2012 about repeated requests for activation codes, error code  0xC004C032 and the non-sales link. I'm trialling Visio Professional 2013 and have exactly the same experience.

Can you tell me whether you resolved the issue, so I can gauge how to progress?
