Word doc with maros does not work on 64bit machines

I have created a Word 2010 form with a number of macro's.  My computer is a 32 bit (has to be to imbed pdf's as this function does not work on 64bit) and my form works find on all other 32bit computers.  However those in the office who have a 64 bit computer the form does not work.

When it is opened it requests that macro's are enabled, click yes and then they still don't work.

Any suggestion to fix this, other than seeing if we can get all computers downgraded!

Thanks

Shelley

Is that Windows 64bit or Office 64bit?

Is the form a template that should be used by selecting New and then selecting the template, or is it a document that the user opens.

Where is it saved?  If it contains macros, it should be saved in a trusted location.

If you want to send me a copy of the file, I will investigate the issue?

Hope this helps,

I think it is Office as I'm seeing the 64 bit in the help part of Word.

The form is a template so that when opened the master is not overwritten.  It then utilizes Quick Parts to select the relevant form, the one I'm having issues with is entitled "Survey Electronic Draft."  I have used macros to create expansion and collapsing boxes.

It is saved on the server under a restricted drive which all the people trying to use the form have full access.

I've emailed you a copy of the document.

Thanks.
