Problem is new. After I type a letter and select the envelope option the envelope has the address twice side by side on the envelope.
Based on the jpg image, that shows the second address in a much fainter print than the first, I believe the issue is that your printer probably uses a lower fusing temperature when printing envelopes with the result that some of the toner is not fused onto the surface of the envelope and remains on the roller to be deposited further along the envelope when it comes into contact with the surface of the envelope on the next revolution.
If you were to consult the printer manufacturer, they would perhaps be able to advise how to overcome the problem.
