White line appeares in Microsoft office products

In microsoft office products appears white line, when I move window it dissapears. This line apperas in word, excel, even in lync. 
If the line disappears when moving the doc window, its more likely to be a graphics/screen issue

But it only appears in Microsoft office products.

Use the win7 snipping tool to save a capture, upload that capture in any reply (using the Pic icon on the reply msg bar menu)

This is a pic of your skype window?

The items you have marked appear to show a font issue, not a line.

Does the same problem exist if you start win in safe mode?

This is not skype, it is Lync. I used ClearType Text Tuner and it solved problem.
