Translate spanish to english

Hi,
I'm trying to translate a Spanish word to English and get no results unless I translate the whole document (same thing when translating French to English). Am I doing something wrong or missing a download somewhere that anybody can think of? Translating English to Spanish is no problem. Thanks for your help.

Answer
The text you want translated must be marked (through Review > Language > Set Language) as Spanish, and the mini translator "Translate To" language must be set to English (Review > Translate > Choose Translation Language). If either of those conditions isn't met, the translator popup won't appear. Of those, the marking of the text is more likely to be missing or incomplete.
