The name in the end tag of the element must match the element type in the start tag error

Hiii... I saved a document on my computer and when I tried to re-open it, just couldn't... I found this error message: The name in the end tag of the element must match the element type in the start tag. Location: Part:/word/document.xml, Line: 2, Column:646910. I already tried to open the file with notepad but i dont understand anything that appears there... i only get nonsense letters and symbols... :s Can anyone help me pleasee??? And if soo... where can i upload the file??? pleaseeeee... i'm soooo frustrated!!!!

This is another example of a new variation on corruption that has only started to appear this year. You have a problem with the image for BBQ Pork Ribs on Page 3 - it should be alright in Word 2010, but earlier versions simply have a text message that I have added to highlight the problem.
