When I receive an edited version of a Word document (red lined with cross-outs) via Outlook, and the program asked me if I wanted to enable editing, I said yes, and
all the red font and crossouts disappeared. Now the edits all show in black without the crossouts or red showing. I tried adjusting the Review tab (show markups etc) - didn't make a difference.
What are your settings for Track Changes? Click Review tab | Track Changes | Change Tracking Options.
