Place logo in header on "random" pages while keeping sequential page numbering?

I have one more question for today if anyone can lend some help.

I have a Word document that is 16 pages long.

- I need to place our logo in the header on pages 3, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 16. (Just to give an explanation - the department wants the logo on pages that will be returned individually even though all sheets go out as a single packet).
- I also need to begin numbering the document at page 3 (in other words, page three of the document shows page 1 of 14 (since we didn't count the first two). I need the page numbers to continue in a sequential manner through the rest of the document (e.g. page 4 has "page 2 of 14, page 5 has "page 3 of 14", and so on).

Would someone mind advising me on how best to accomplish this?

Answer
It all boils down to sections.  Insert a section break at each point you want to change headings or page number and remove "save as Previous".  You will have to copy the heading setup from one section to the next.

ie Insert section bread after page 2, specify start numbering at 1.
Then insert section break ahead of each page you need logo on.
