Microsoft word has stopped working while editing an equation

I am trying to edit an equation in word document but the moment I click on it, it says "microsoft word has stopped working". I tried different office suites, different computers and let microsoft support access this file. But no success. I am so frustrated. Here is the link to that file. Please have a look at it and if someone knows how to fix it please let me know.:)

Hello,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Office Community.

We understand how you feel about the situation. We're sorry for the trouble this has caused you.

Please provide more information before we proceed

1. What are the troubleshooting steps tried so far?

2. How is the equation inserted in a box created which is causing the problem?

Since the word document crashes on our end also, the issue might be with how the equation has been created.

Try the following steps and verify the result.

1. Create the same equation on a different page.

2. Copy the equation on a new document and verify the result.

Let us know the result to assist you further.

Thank you.
