Line spacing

I'm trying to print Avery return address labels (#8167) with three lines of text. I used to do this easily using Word Perfect but cannot figure out how to do it in MS Word 2010. The problem is that Word only wants to print two lines of text. I've tried using the home page to adjust the line spacing and I've tried to adjust the paragraph spacing but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
Have you tried changing the font size of the text?  Three lines of 12 point text with single line spacing just doesn't fit in the .5 inch space of the label.

Yes, of course. I'm using the smallest size available which in the case of sylfaen is 8. This is the font and size I was using when I printed the return address labels in Word Perfect. The problem, I'm pretty sure, lies in not being able to adjust the spacing between lines when printing labels. I'm guessing there's a way but I cannot figure it out. If I go to "home" and adjust line or paragraph spacing this doesn't seem to carry over into the "mailings" label feature.   I've tried using shift return so it thinks it is only a new line as well as the regular return so it's treated as a new paragraph. Nothing helps.

I put a sheet of labels with three lines of text in the font you specified.   Maybe you will see something there that helps.
