I have presses CTRL A F9 in the same time

Hi, can anyone help me guys,

I have presses CTRL A F9 accidentely in the same time in WORD 2010. The file has 4 MB but when I open it it is just one empty page now.

do you know how I can erase this empty field and recover my content?

With a copy of the document open, press Alt+F9 to reveal field codes.

Copy everything inside the field delimiters. { } Do not include the delimiters in your copying. This may take a couple of attempts using the arrow keys with the Shift key held down to select just what you want.

Press Alt+F9 again and press delete until the field is deleted. Paste your contents.
