How to put a text over an equation in word 2010?

Hi,
I want to make this formula in Word 2010 in equation tools, but I do not know how insert character "o" up this formula that are shown with red arrows.

I also used Matrix 2*1 from equation tab but it did not exactly same as bellow.

Download this add in and install it. Which would be helpful to enter these type of equations.

The system requirements for the Microsoft Mathematics Add-In for Word and OneNote that can be downloaded from that link indicate that it works with Word 2010.  From where did you get the information that it only works with 2013?

Hope this helps,
