How do I cite in Footnotes in Chicago style in Microsoft Word 2010?

I've tried to cite references in Word 2010, but can't get the format I want.

I would like to have cititations in this style: http://www.libs.uga.edu/ref/chicago2009.pdf

I Would like, for example,

 1. Catherine Delafield, Women’s Diaries as Narrative in the Nineteenth-Century Novel

(Burlington, VT: Ashgate, 2009), 145.

but Word 2010 results in

1. (Delafield, 2009)

How do I fix this? I've tried downloading other styles, but can't find one that is suitable
