Word seems to have added some extra white space before and after the text in some of the a cells of a table. I have the spacing set to 0 before and after for all text, and the line spacing set to single. If I select all the rows in the table, the blue
highlight that indicates selection goes all the way from the top to bottom for some cells, but for other cells there are white stripes above and below the selected text. If I create a new row, and copy a paste the text into the new row, there are sometimes
no white stripes, but I cannot remove the white stripes in the rows that already have them. What is going on?
