Can I remove unwanted Themes in Word 2010

In the Page Layout tab, the first button is THEMES.   I have created my own Theme, which has its own title, 'Custom' and I only want this theme to show.  There are about 40 built-in Themes, I want to either remove them or just not show them, does anyone know if this can be done.  I thank you in hoplefullness.

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Community.

If you do not want the built-in themes to be displayed in the Theme gallery, you can move the theme files from to the following location to another folder. We do not recommend that you delete the built-in themes, because the only way to get them back is to reinstall the 2010 Microsoft Office system.
 
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Document Themes 14
