Adding not and date when document is printed

I want to add a note and have the note along with the date printed display when printing a Word document - How do I make this happen?
You can add the print date via a PRINTDATE field, which you can add via Insert|Quick Parts|Field. For the note, you might use a FILLIN field, inserted from the same dialogue. If you check Word's 'update fields before printing' option, you will be prompted to update the FILLIN field each time to document prints.
