Add-On for Microsoft Word 2010

Hey I have Office 2010 on my PC, is there a add-on that i can make a .pages file in word? I am writing documents for some friends bet some of them have a mac that doesn't have office on it. Any ideas.:)

PC info is; Windows 7

According to Apple, Pages is compatible with the Word formats, so it shouldn't be an issue. http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202227

There is no converter I am aware of, but apparently you can access Pages format documents in Word - http://osxdaily.com/2014/07/16/open-pages-format-file-in-windows/ should it become necessary.

As Doug intimated, PDF is the better option for documents that need only be viewed.
