Outlook keeps trying to access Visual basics for Applications

When I send or forward mail in my new Outlook 2010 it keeps trying to access Visual Basics for Applications and asks me to show it where the files are on my PC. I don't use this nor do I want it. Can I disable this annoying migration or should I reload Office in custom mode and leave out the programs that I never use?

Thanks

Disable the add-in? File -> options -> add-ins....

I took out all of the add ins but as soon as I try to reply to any mail I get a box opens that tells me that "MicroSoft Access 2010 requires Visual Basic for applications. If you continue then Visual basics will be installed". If I click on cancel then then I get another box telling me that it is configuring Professional Plus.

Disable all add-ins in Outlook to see if that helps.
