Importing from Mac Mail to Outlook 2010

I need to import all e-mails and contacts from a Mac (Mail 2004) into Outlook 2010.  Is there an easy way to do this, or am I going to have to purchase 3rd-party software?  Thanks.

Answer
If none of the export formats that are being offered can be imported into Outlook, then you can also consider using an IMAP account (such as Gmail) for the transfer process. You'd have configure both Mac Mail and Outlook 2010 with that IMAP account. In Mac Mail, you can then move your mail to a folder in the IMAP account to upload it to the mail server, Outlook will automatically download the mail again in the same folder in the IMAP account.
