COM Add-ins: Chemistry Add-in for Word installation issues

I installed and later uninstalled Chemistry Add-in for Word.  I realized I wanted it back and tried to re-install.  It appears to be installed correctly, but the "Chemistry" tab no longer appears on the ribbon.  And when I right-click on a chemical name, then open the "mark as chemistry" submenu, it has an empty option that does not do anything when I select it.  I may have messed with the "COM add-ins" settings when I was trying to uninstall.

Also, I have reinstalled both Microsoft Office and the Add-in, but to no avail! Please help!

Nevermind...It is working after completely uninstalling and reinstalling and updating Office.  Don't forget the Product Key!
