Download the Add-In from Greg Maxey's page:
Recent Used Files List Editor
The link to do this is at the bottom of the page. It says "Recent Used Files List Editor." The file is a "Zip" folder. You can open that directly in Windows.
Inside is a file "Recent Used Files List Editor.dot."
Copy that file to your Word Startup Folder.
Restart Word and look for the macro icon under the Add-Ins Tab.
