need text visible only on screen, not when printed

i need to insert text in such manner that it is visible only on screen, but when printed, it doesnt appear. for eg., when we send documents to client and need to show where to sign, it may be a great help

You could format the instructions and hidden text and then set the option for Hidden Text not to be displayed.

It would be a good idea to have an auto macro (an autonew macro in the template for example) set that option by using the command

Options.PrintHiddenText = False
