how can we add "CC" field in mail merge in MS-word

Hi expert

              I have a list of name, Email Id-I, Email-Id-II,. I want to mail all the persen in name column having E-maild ID in respective row in E-mail ID-I, in to field and also in "CC" field i want the emaild Id in respective row E-mail Id-II. In to field i can do the same with mail merege command. how can i do for "CC" field.

Answer
The short answer is that Word cannot do this out of the box. You can however do it with an add-in from my web site http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm  provided your Office version includes Outlook.
