Error message with Outlook. "Cannot open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has occured.MAPI was unable to load the information service gwmsp1.dll. Be sure the sevice is correctly installed and configured."

I was trying to transfer a user from Outlook Express to Outlook. We ran the wizard and upon completion got this error message. I tried uninstalling Office 2007 and reinstalling. The message came as soon as I opened Outlook again.

I cannot get into Outlook at all. When I click "OK" on the error message, it closes the software.

This usually happens if the profile which outlook is using has gone damaged. Try creating a new profile which should fix the issue.
