excel: "compile error in hidden module: ThisWorkbook" "cannot run the macro 'OnLoad'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled"

i have errors as follows each time i open excel (i have vista & office 07)...

 

Error 1 upon opening: "compile error in hidden module: ThisWorkbook";

Error 2 after initial error then upon closing: "Cannot run the macro 'OnLoad'.  The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled". 

 

Initially, excel wouldnt work or open at all, but after a day of attempting different things to fix it, it now opens and seems to function normally after pressing OK to each error message.  However, im not comfortable continuing any work with these errors in place on opening and closing each document. 

 

PLEASE HELP!!!

Clear the files from Excel startup folders from the locations mentioned below then try opening Excel and verify the status:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\XLStart (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\XLStart in case of 64-bit O/S.)
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
Note: Take a backup of files before deleting the files.
