property sheet not visible

In query design, I right click on the field that I want to modify and select "properties...".  The "properties" sheet does not show up.  How do I get it back?  I've tried reinstalling MS Access.

This is also true if I open a different database and/or create a new database.

Found my own answer...

 

- Press CTRL G to get an immediate window
- Enter this: 'CommandBars("Property Sheet").Enabled = True' and hit Enter (drop the single quote)
