Sort Doesn't Work!

I have a file of email addresses. Each line ends with a paragraph mark, but WORD thinks I have only a single paragraph, so it won't sort the addresses. How can I sort them?

Also Help has no information on sorting, as far as I can tell.

If the data have been imported, what you're seeing as paragraph breaks may only be ASCII 13 characters. These look the same but aren't. Try a Find/Replace, where:

Find = ^13

Replace = ^p
