How do I insert a dedicated backspace in autocorrect

How do I insert a dedicated backspace in autocorrect such as backspacing after the "6" in 36-year-old so that the number and hyphen are together with no space
Answer
Answer

I believe I found the answer! Via MTStars (for medical transcriptionists)...

just type the -year-old, highlight it to save in your Autocorrect file as you normally would but make sure that it's saved as formatted text. Try it; it's simple, and it works!
