a error in word 2013

hello

i have a error in word 2013, the error is "insufficinet memory or disk space"

i just have installed the "smart draw", when it wanted to export a file to word, this error apeared and aftar that, whenever i open the word this error appear. 

i have renamed "normal.dotm", disable"add-ins",  aftar that the errors are " word cannot start the converter RECOVR32.CNV + word cannot start the converter WPFT532.CNV. +  word cannot start the converter WPFT632.CNV.

also cleaned related registery and so on.., non of them worked . what should i do? thanks.

Try repairing the Office installation as detailed in the Knowledge Base article at:

Or try using Windows System Restore to restore your system to the state that it was in prior to installing "smart draw".
