Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.wpc error!!

When I try to open .doc file on Word 2007 it shows me this message: "Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.wpc". I clicked several times on Close, and then instead the proper document, showed me many square letters and stuff. I even tried the solution shown here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973904 but still nothing. 

Could you tell me another way to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

Ensure that the registry entries shown at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973904 are present. If they are mswrd632.wpc is not used, so will not give the error.
