Sending PowerPoint to Word Office 2016 for Mac

I am running Office 365 [2016] for Mac, Yosemite.

In previous versions of office, to convert a ppt to word, I could "send to" word. That made a 3-column table with slide number in the 1st column on the left, slide [graphics] in the 2nd column and the speakers notes in the 3rd column, on the right.

However, I have tried various methods to no avail.

The "file" -  "send to" function does not seem to be available.

I tried the "file" - "export" but that does not offer a conversion.

In Office 2011, I used an "add-in", from OfficeOne, called ppt2word.

This does not seem to work in add-ins in the 2016 version of Office for Mac.

Can anyone help please?

Trevor,

I am also in need of a method to send Powerpoint Speaker notes into Word. I can't believe they have taken away this feature in Mac Office 2016.

Have you found a solution?

One possible workaround:

Switch to Notes Page master and rearrange the notes page layout so that you have a slide image on the left and your notes on the right (you'll likely want to switch the notes page layout to landscape first in the Slide Setup dialog for the presentation).

Now when you print notes pages, you'll get slide on the left, notes on the right, but only one page per slide.

So make a PDF of the notes pages.  Then in Acrobat or Reader, you can choose to print, say, 4 pages up on a sheet of paper.
