Calendar Archive Issues - Outlook 2013 - Will Not Archive All Calendar Entries

When I attempt to manually archive calendar entries older than a certain date, only about half of them are actually archived.  We have a 150MB mailbox limit and so I have to be judicious about what to keep on the Exchange server.  My calendar is taking up over 25MB right now and that number continues to grow over time.  It will get a little smaller when I force a manual archive, but because not all entries are archived, I can never seem to stop the ever-increasing size of the calendar in the Exchange server file.  Any ideas?

The items are probably not archived because their modified date are not older than the archive date that you have set.

Anyway, archiving is nothing more than moving items to a different location. When you set your Calendar to a List view, you can easily move all the items that you want from the Calendar folder.
